This recorded webinar explores how adoption rates of digital health and AI have soared from 38 percent to 66 percent over the last year, according to recent American Medical Association survey data. Michelle Mello, JD, PhD, MPhil, Professor of Law and Health Policy at Stanford University, joins Julie Ritzman, MBA, CPHRM, Senior Vice President of Patient Safety and Risk Management at The Doctors Company, for a discussion on the legal and ethical considerations of using AI tools in patient care. Dr. Mello will share her research and insights on when healthcare organizations should disclose the use of AI, along with practical recommendations for how healthcare systems and clinicians can manage AI-related liability and risk.
